Wellesley Youth Basketball Association

Use this form if you are an Adult/Parent or HS student and you wish to register to be a Head or Assistant Coach for:  Wellesley Hoops (4th-9th), 2nd & 3rd Grade Hoops and/or a coach for a Metrowest team.  Thank you for volunteering to coach a team for Wellesley Basketball.

**Prospective Metrowest Coaches must also fill out the MW coaching application found under the Coaching Corner tab**

WYBA Coach Requirements:

1. Background check registration (All coaches, unless completed in Fall 2023)
2. SafeSport (All coaches must be complete in 2024 for WYBA or another sport)
3. WYBA Coach Training (All coaches)
4. Metrowest League Required Coach Training (MW coaches)
